• Ownership of lead conversions 
• Manage assigned leads by partners 
• Responsible for interacting with partner sales team to get leads 
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the organization's services Identify customer needs and provide service recommendations based on those needs  
• Maintaining customer focus at all times and responding to customer enquiries over e-mail, phone  and chat 
• Maintaining knowledge of all existing and upcoming services of the company 
• Capturing customer feedback and channelizing to internal teams for appropriate action 
• Monitoring real-time dashboards and coordinating with internal teams whenever required 
• Understand customer needs and make sales presentations. 

Required Experience 

• Highly motivated, dynamic, detail-oriented, people-person 
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Sales or Marketing or equivalent 
• Experience working with global customers. 
• Excellent communication skills and Proficient in English 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel 
• > 1 year of experience in Sales in Banking, Insurance, Education, Fintech, Edutech sectors 
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
