We are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing team. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with clients, and driving the growth of SSPL’s staffing services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients in various industries.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.Understand client needs and offer tailored recruitment solutions.Drive sales and revenue by meeting or exceeding targets.Collaborate with internal teams for smooth service delivery.Prepare sales reports and track progress.
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and in a team.Knowledge of the staffing and recruitment industry is a plus.
