Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy that aligns with the company's goals and vision. Identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and emerging technologies. Identify potential large customer through networking, social media, internet, references, leads etc. Understand the business function of the client and potential buying capacity. Seek information & details of customers current buying trend, Quantity, variety of products, source of purchase, quality standards etc. Initiate discussion with potential clients, introduce & present Bufab organisation and Brand through presentation. Identifing decision makes like purchase manager, production head, GM from customer’s side. Understand needs, priorities and requirements of different stake holders by way of research, analyzing feedback & input, group or individual discussions and behavior pattern. Generating new RFQ for C- parts from new as well as exsisting customers. Identifiying the quality requirements of customer for thier product. Negotiate contract renewals and pricing agreements, ensure mutually beneficial terms for both the company and key clients. Actively introduce and promote Bufab digital tools and logistics solutions to customers. Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the company's customer base in Gujarat Region. Interact with internal sourcing, logistics, and other departments to support sales efforts. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends. Keep record of all customers and various stages of discussion, they have reached. Internally discuss & find solutions to bottlenecks which were faced while opening new accounts. Promote sustainability in the company, actively propose Bufab sustainable value to Customers.
