Job Description: As a SAP Business Development Manager in Pune, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales of SAP solutions across various industries. Your role will involve developing strategic business plans, identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote SAP solutions such as S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SuccessFactors. - Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in diverse sectors. - Build a strong pipeline through lead generation, networking, and market research. - Engage with C-level executives and IT decision-makers to position SAP offerings effectively. - Collaborate with presales and delivery teams to create tailored solutions and presentations. - Achieve sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth. - Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to refine Go-To-Market strategies. - Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, RFPs, and presentations. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP solutions and services. Required Skills And Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. - 10-15 years of experience in IT/SAP sales or business development. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing enterprise deals. - Strong understanding of SAP solution portfolio including S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and Cloud. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and team player with strong networking abilities. - Ability to work independently and under pressure in a dynamic environment.
