Business Development (Sales) Internship

As an intern at our travel agency, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve: - Engaging with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their travel needs. - Suggesting the right holiday packages and customized itineraries that match client expectations. - Building trust with clients by highlighting unique selling points, offers, and experiences. - Converting leads into confirmed sales by persuasive communication and strong follow-ups. - Maintaining records of inquiries, conversions, and sales performance in CRM. - Upselling and cross-selling additional services (activities, upgrades, insurance, transfers, etc.). - Delivering exceptional customer experience to encourage repeat business and referrals. - Working closely with operations and support teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements. - Achieving individual and team sales targets set by the company.
