Business Development (Sales) Internship in Delhi, Gurgaon

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Engage with potential clients through calls, emails, and meetings to understand their travel needs.
• ⁠⁠Suggest the right holiday packages and customized itineraries that match client expectations.
• ⁠Build trust with clients by highlighting unique selling points, offers, and experiences.
• Convert leads into confirmed sales by persuasive communication and strong follow-ups.
• Maintain records of inquiries, conversions, and sales performance in CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services (activities, upgrades, insurance, transfers, etc.).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets set by the company.

• Persuasive and confident with a knack for negotiation.
