Business Development (Sales) Internship

As an intern at our company, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve identifying and generating leads, as well as following up with prospects. You will be required to handle customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or chat, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in promoting and selling our company's products and services, maintaining relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business, making outbound sales calls, following up on leads, and responding to and resolving customer queries. Furthermore, you will be responsible for preparing sales and support reports to track and analyze performance metrics.
