Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Lemolite's services. Qualifications 2 – 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge and experience of working with multiple Lead Generation activities and tools like LinkedIN Sales Navigator, Cold Emailing, Upwork and Event Coordination. Preferred Skills Experience with marketing strategies and tools. Understanding of IT consulting services and client needs. Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly. Experience in pitching and sell IT Products.
