Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive our growth initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's strategic objectives. 

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets. 
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. 
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients. 
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met. 
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. 
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. 
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote Lemolite's services. 

Qualifications

• 2 – 3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT industry. 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge and experience of working with multiple Lead Generation activities and tools like LinkedIN Sales Navigator, Cold Emailing, Upwork and Event Coordination.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with marketing strategies and tools.
• Understanding of IT consulting services and client needs. 
• Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Experience in pitching and sell IT Products.
