Job Title: Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing

Overview

The Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing is responsible for developing, managing, and

optimizing digital marketing campaigns with the aim of driving customer acquisition and

engagement across various online platforms. This role requires a data-driven individual who can strategically allocate budgets, measure campaign performance, and implement actionable insights to achieve marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1.

• Create & Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including setting up, Conversion tracking, optimizing, Monitoring and reporting on Google & Meta campaigns

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including

but not limited to, Google, Facebook , Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital

platforms

• Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, CRO and audience targeting

• Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to improve performance and ROI

• Conduct the Keyword Research, Competitor Analysis

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and

expenditure

• Forecast and track marketing spend, ensuring alignment with financial goals

• Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights

• Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, including metrics such as CTR,

CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates

• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

• Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing efforts align with

overall business objectives generating high converting clients.

• Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders effectively

5.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and the competitive

landscape

• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
