Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
