We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Business Development Executive to lead our sales team . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring we attract and hire top talent in alignment with our business goals. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key roles. Lead, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs. Implement best practices in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment. Optimize recruitment processes and platforms to improve efficiency. Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports on hiring progress. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Maintain compliance with labor laws and regulations related to hiring. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
