You will be responsible for maintaining high culinary standards, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation, and adhering to hygiene and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present high-quality Continental dishes as per menu and standards. Innovate and develop new recipes and seasonal dishes to enhance the menu. Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, portion size, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area as per FSSAI and HACCP standards.
