This role encompasses Business Development, State Coordination in SBM, MSW Management, Door-To-Door (D2D) Collection, ULB Projects, Smart Cities, Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), PMU and CSR-funded initiatives. You will be responsible for working with us on conceptualizing and executing end-to-end projects from ideation to implementation. Your expertise in government liaison, contract management, pricing strategy and on-ground operations will be crucial in creating impact and driving sustainable urban development. π― Key Responsibilities Lead complete sales lifecycle for SWM projects in ULB (Nagar Nigam, Nagar Palika Parishad, Nagar Panchayat) from generating sales pitch, identifying and evaluating potential projects, commercial negotiations, customer acquisition closure and onboarding Develop pricing models, contracts, tenders, DPR, RFP's and proposals for government, private, PSU projects Liaise with Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), government officials, CSR heads, and funding agencies Guide vendor management, site operations and staffing for ongoing projects Mentor internal teams on execution strategy and operational efficiencies Develop strategies for scalable replication of SWM initiatives across pan-India π€ Desired Profile Extensive experience in business development for SWM, SBM, ULB projects Strong exposure to CSR, state\central funding, commissioning and execution of government projects Proven track record in project bidding, modeling, pricing and operations πΌ Added Benefits Opportunity to lead large-scale public-private projects Work directly with government bodies and impact communities Fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment with unlimited growth potential π¬ Are you ready?
