Business Development & Sales

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development-Sales to join our organization "Adhunik Switchgears Pvt Ltd" in the Electrical Sales division. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in selling LED lighting products and switchgears.

Key Responsibility:

• Develop and manage dealer/distributor network for LED lights & switchgear products across Delhi/NCR
• Meet and convert new clients, dealers, and channel partners in the electrical trade segment
• Promote the company’s full product range – MCBs, DBs, Switchgears, LED Lights, BLDC Fans, etc.
• Handle end-to-end B2B trade sales cycle – from lead generation to order finalization
• Regular client visits for relationship building and follow-ups
• Collect feedback from the market and share with internal teams
• Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets

Other Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in electrical product trade sales
• Strong knowledge of LED lighting and switchgear products
• Good contacts with local distributors, dealers, and electrical retailers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Only male candidates can apply
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of sales territory
• Qualification: Graduate (in any stream) but electrical or related field preferred
• Must be based in Delhi or willing to relocate...

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
