Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
• Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and meetings to introduce loan products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their financial needs.
• Explain loan products clearly and guide customers through the loan application process.
• Meet monthly sales and business development targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Freshers: Strong communication skills, confidence, and eagerness to build a career in sales/finance.
• Experienced (1–10 years): Prior experience in sales, financial services, banking, or loan products will be an added advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools preferred.

Education:

• Graduate/ Postgraduate in any discipline (Business, Finance, or Marketing preferred).
