Personal Loan Executive

We are looking for highly motivated and target-driven Loan Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling multiple loan products including Personal Loans, Mortgage Loans, Home Loans, and Business Loans to prospective customers. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, customer-handling ability, and a passion for achieving sales targets. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, generate, and pursue sales leads for Personal Loan, Mortgage, Home Loan, and Business Loan products. Conduct client meetings, explain loan products, and provide suitable financial solutions. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly loan sales targets. Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and disbursement. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor offerings, and RBI/NBFC guidelines. Maintain proper records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand customer needs and pitch appropriate loan solutions. Knowledge of loan documentation and processing. Target-oriented with a proven sales track record. Negotiation and convincing skills. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools). QualificationsMinimum Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred). Experience: 1–10 years in Loan Sales / BFSI sector (Personal Loan, Mortgage, Home Loan, Business Loan). Freshers with strong sales aptitude may also be considered (if applicable to your company policy).
