Customer Acquisition Identify and acquire new customers through direct sales. Develop a pipeline of potential customers through market mapping and relationship building. 2. Loan Processing Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable mortgage products. Collect and verify documents for loan applications. Coordinate with credit, legal, and technical teams for timely processing and disbursement. 3. Client Relationship Management Maintain strong post-sales relationships with clients to ensure repeat and referral business. Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide end-to-end support. 4. Sales Target Achievement Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned. Ensure quality sourcing to minimize delinquency and rejections. 5. Market Intelligence Keep abreast of competitor products, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to management on market and customer insights.
