About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Loan Executive to manage and coordinate home loan processing for our customers. The role involves working closely with banks/NBFCs, assisting clients with documentation, and ensuring smooth sanction & disbursement of loans.

Key Responsibilities

Assist homebuyers with complete loan processing, from application to disbursement.

Coordinate with multiple banks/NBFCs for loan eligibility, approvals, and status updates.

Explain loan options, interest rates, EMI calculations, and eligibility criteria to customers.

Collect, verify, and manage all loan documentation (KYC, financials, property papers, etc.).

Follow up with banks for file movement, sanction letters, legal/technical reports, and disbursement.

Maintain accurate records of loan applications, customer interactions, and approvals.

Address customer queries and provide guidance throughout the loan process.

Ensure timely completion of all loan-related activities to support sales closures.

Required Skills & Competencies

Knowledge of home loans, mortgage loans, and banking processes.

Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.

Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.

Good understanding of financial statements and eligibility calculations.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (Finance/Commerce preferred).

Prior experience in home loans or real estate loan operations is an advantage.
