Requirements

What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and engage e-commerce business owners globally.
• Understand customer pain points and clearly communicate how our product delivers value.
• Own the top of the sales funnel — from lead generation to qualification (measured on SQLs, not total pipeline).
• Craft highly personalized cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and call scripts that stand out from the noise.
• Act as a trusted advisor on discovery calls, helping prospects understand product benefits and use cases.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  

What Makes You a Great Fit

• A natural salesperson — persuasive, curious, and resilient.
• 1+ year of experience in outbound prospecting at an SMB SaaS or B2B startup (preferred, not mandatory).
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal.
• Creative thinker who enjoys experimenting with outreach ideas and messaging.
• Passionate about conversations and building relationships with potential customers.
• Proven track record of selling — whether products, ideas, or even side hustles.
