Job Summary

Visa Pro Connects is seeking a highly experienced Business Development Manager to lead B-Tech college outreach and drive student enrolments for international education programs. The ideal candidate must have strong institutional networking skills and a proven track record in the overseas education or higher-education sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent Visa Pro Connects during visits to B-Tech colleges and universities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, departmental heads, and student bodies.
• Conduct seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and promotional events on campus.
• Identify and convert engineering students interested in studying abroad.
• Present global education opportunities (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe, etc.) clearly and professionally.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly student conversion targets.
• Coordinate with the admissions team for application assessment, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain detailed logs of college visits, leads generated, and conversion reports.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
• Strong student counselling and conversion capability
• Proven experience in field sales or educational outreach
• Ability to connect with engineering students and understand academic requirements
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel extensively across regions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in overseas education, admissions, institutional sales, or college outreach
• Experience in managing institutional partnerships is highly desirable
