Business Development Executive / Sr. Executive Job Description Location Lucknow Experience 2/3 Role Overview The Business Development Executive/Senior Executive will support Microlits growth by developing new business opportunities, strengthening channel networks, building key customer relationships, and driving market visibilitywithout direct sales closures or onsite product demonstrations. The role requires strong business acumen, market understanding, and the ability to support partners and internal teams in unlocking new opportunities. Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) 1. Business Expansion & Opportunity Development Identify new business opportunities across relevant industries, research organizations, OEM segments, and distributors. ¢ Generate qualified leads for the sales team and ensure smooth handover with complete background information. ¢ ¢ Map potential accounts, applications, and new sectors for Microlits products. Support the development of annual business plans, territory expansion strategies, and partner onboarding. 2. Channel Partner Engagement & Support ¢ Strengthen relationships with distributors, dealers, and OEM partners by ensuring timely communication and structured business follow-ups. ¢ Support partners with updated product information, sales collateral, marketing content, and competitive intelligence. ¢ Ensure channel partners are aligned with Microlits product positioning, promotions, and sales processes.

Review partner performance and highlight gaps or opportunities for growth to the management team. 3. Market Research & Competitive Intelligence ¢ Conduct ongoing research on market trends, competitor activities, pricing structures, and industry developments. ¢ Identify customer pain points and emerging application areas relevant to Microlits product categories. ¢ Prepare structured market analysis reports for management, product teams, and marketing. 4. Coordination with Internal Teams ¢ Coordinate with sales teams for lead transfer, opportunity tracking, and territory-level insights. ¢ Collaborate with marketing, product, production, logistics, and service teams to enable smooth business operations. ¢ Maintain accurate records in CRM, sales pipeline systems, and reporting dashboards. 5. Marketing & Brand Development Support ¢ Represent Microlit at exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer engagement activitieswithout conducting direct demos or training. ¢ Capture leads generated from events and ensure proper classification and handover to the sales team. ¢ Support digital marketing, product launch campaigns, and brand-building initiatives through market insights and content suggestions. ¢ Build and maintain a structured database of potential customers, industry clusters, and event-generated leads. 6. Strategic Contribution (added to increase role depth) ¢ Identify long-term opportunities for OEM collaborations, new market segments, and geographic expansion. ¢ Recommend improvements in channel programs, pricing structure, and partner engagement strategy. ¢ Provide insights for product enhancement based on market requirements and competitive gaps.
