Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Representative with hands-on experience in generating business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, Guru, and other online platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in identifying leads, writing proposals, and converting opportunities into long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients on freelance portals like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PeoplePerHour, Guru, etc.
• Create, customize, and submit winning proposals based on project requirements.
• Handle client communication, clarify needs, and negotiate terms and pricing.
• Manage profiles and maintain a high success rate on platforms.
• Track and follow up on leads, ensuring timely response to invitations and queries.
• Work with internal teams to ensure the delivery of client expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of bids, responses, and client feedback.
• Suggest platform-specific strategies to increase visibility and win ratio.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 1+ years of proven experience on freelance portals.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to write engaging and customized proposals.
• Understanding of platform algorithms and success metrics.
• Good negotiation and closing skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in IT services / AI / content / consulting domains.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and client accounts.
• Knowledge of keyword optimization for profile visibility.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
