Business Development Executive Location: In-Office, New Delhi Experience: 2-3 Years (Digital Marketing Sales Preferred) Salary: 3-5 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives Working Hours: 10 AM – 7 PM Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and contact potential clients through Meta Ads, Justdial, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cold Emails, and Instagram DMs. Qualify leads and maintain a CRM (Google Sheets/HubSpot) with status updates. International Client Outreach through LinkedIn & cold emailing (UAE, US, UK preferred). Client Handling & Conversions: Call & follow up with leads daily and convert them into paying clients. Conduct Zoom/Google Meet calls to pitch services and handle negotiations. Send customized proposals & pricing details and resolve objections effectively. Market Research & Business Expansion: Identify high-demand industries . Build relationships with high-ticket potential clients (₹50k+/month retainers). Sales Process & Reporting: Achieve monthly sales targets (₹1L+ revenue from new clients). Maintain weekly reports on lead sources, conversion rates, and revenue growth. Work closely with the marketing team to refine offers & ad strategies. Social Media & Market Research (When Free): Collect and organize raw data for social media and digital campaigns. Assist in competitor analysis, trends research, and campaign insights. Support in managing & optimizing our agency’s LinkedIn, Instagram & Facebook pages. *Note - Role and Responsibilities may change and evolve as per business needs time to time. Requirements: ✔ 2-3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development (preferably in Digital Marketing, IT, or SaaS). ✔ International Sales Experience is a Plus (UAE, UK, US clients). ✔ Excellent communication & persuasion skills (Fluent in English & Hindi). ✔ Ability to handle cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing. ✔ Strong negotiation & closing skills . ✔ Knowledge of Facebook Ads, SEO, Website & Social Media Marketing is preferred. ✔ Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Email Automation tools.
