Job Description

This is a remote position.
Are you a natural communicator who loves the thrill of the hunt? We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Specialist to fuel our growth engine.In this role, you won’t just be waiting for leads to come to you - you will be the engine that creates them. You will sit at the front lines of our sales process, identifying high-value targets and initiating the first conversations that lead to long-term partnerships. You’ll be selling cutting-edge IT services to decision-makers across various industries, using a mix of phone, Social Media, and email outreach.
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and research companies that fit our "Ideal Customer Profile."
  • Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute cold calling, personalized LinkedIn messaging, and strategic email campaigns to book discovery meetings.
  • Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their technical pain points and determine if the organization is the right fit.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean and active CRM to ensure that no leads fall through the cracks.
  • Collaborate: Partner closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and help close deals.

Requirements

  • The Experience: 3–5 years of experience in direct sales, lead generation, or outbound telesales (Experience in the IT/Tech sector is a major plus).
  • The "Hunter" Mentality: You aren't afraid of the word "no." You are resilient, persistent, and driven by hitting (and exceeding) targets.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication. You can explain complex IT concepts in a way that is simple and persuasive.
  • Social Selling Savvy: Deep familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and modern outreach tools.
  • Tech Literacy: Comfortable using CRMs and sales engagement platforms (like Outreach, Apollo, or Gong).
  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
