Job Title: Business Development Representative –HR Services Location: Maharashtra (Multiple cities including Pune, Mumbai, Nashik, Nagpur, etc.) Salary: ₹30,000/month + Attractive Incentives Experience: 1 to 3 Years in B2B or Field Sales (Preferred) Industry: HR Outsourcing/HRTech/Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) Working Days: 6 Days (Monday to Saturday) Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our HR Outsourcing and HRMS services to small and mid-sized companies in Maharashtra. Key Responsibilities: Conduct field visits and meet potential clients from our pre-qualified database. Present our HR services including Payroll, Attendance, Compliance (PF/ESIC), HRMS & Employee Self- Service. Scheduled emocore meetings and coordinate with the operations team. Maintain daily sales tracker and CRM updates. Achieve monthly targets of visits, lead generation, and closures. Build long-term relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
