Field Sales Executive (HR Services)

Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our HR Outsourcing and HRMS services to small and mid-sized companies in Maharashtra.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits and meet potential clients from our pre-qualified database.

• Present our HR services including Payroll, Attendance, Compliance (PF/ESIC), HRMS & Employee Self- Service.

• Scheduled emocore meetings and coordinate with the operations team.

• Maintain daily sales tracker and CRM updates.

• Achieve monthly targets of visits, lead generation, and closures.

• Build long - term relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication in Marathi, Hindi, and English.

• Confidence in sales presentation and B2B client handling.

• Basic knowledge of HR/Payroll concepts (preferred but not mandatory).

• Familiarity with Google Sheets/CRM or basic reporting tools.

• Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
