Job Description

Your Role: Business Development Representative (BDR)
You will be the first point of contact between Tsaaro and potential clients. Your mission will be to identify, engage, and qualified leads, build strong client relationships, and create a pipeline that fuels revenue growth especially in the cybersecurity and data privacy domains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and targeted outreach.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to connect with decision-makers.
  • Generate and qualify B2B leads, focusing on cybersecurity and data privacy services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate meetings, demos, or presentations with senior team members.
  • Deliver tailored pitches and proposals to address client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and content strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to identify new growth areas.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads, meetings, and revenue contributions.

Requirements

  • Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience in B2B business development, lead generation, or inside sales (freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered).
  • Proven skills in lead generation, cold calling, and B2B prospecting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and trust with decision-makers.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Background or exposure in cybersecurity or data privacy.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales automation tools.
  • Understanding of consultative/value-based sales approaches.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
