The Mission: Client Acquisition

As our Business Development Representative (BDR), your primary mission is to be the front-line powerhouse responsible for bringing new business to Chiramel Ventures. This is a high-energy role perfect for someone who is hungry to learn, eager to succeed, and motivated by financial reward.

You will:

• Hunt for Opportunities: Identify, research, and call on prospective clients in the Thrissur market who need media and advertising services.
• Qualify Leads: Conduct initial meetings and presentations to assess client needs and qualify them for the senior sales team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador: Be the first professional face of Chiramel Ventures, building rapport and excitement around our innovative services.
• Drive Revenue: Directly contribute to the company's growth targets through relentless effort and successful client onboarding.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Local Knowledge: You must be well-versed in the Thrissur market and its business landscape.
• Mobility: You must possess a personal laptop and two-wheeler (or equivalent personal transport) for on-field client meetings.
• Media Insight (A Plus!): Any prior experience or internships in the media and advertising industry is a significant advantage. It shows you understand the products you'll be selling!
• A Hustler’s Mindset: You are relentless, resilient, and view a "no" as simply a challenge to find a "yes."
