Company: Chiramel Ventures Pvt Ltd Location: Kerala (Advertising Agency) Job Type: Internship (Part-Time) Shift Options: Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (4 hours) Afternoon Shift: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM (4 hours) Evening Shift: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hours) Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Telemarketing Intern to join our team at Chiramel Ventures Pvt Ltd. As a Telemarketing Intern, you will play a key role in customer interactions, lead generation, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in telemarketing, client communication, and digital presentation skills. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote services. Handle customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and generate leads. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Assist in preparing and delivering PowerPoint (PPT) presentations for clients. Participate in video conferences via Google Meet for meetings and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to refine telemarketing strategies. Follow up with leads and maintain customer engagement. Requirements: Basic knowledge of customer interactions and telemarketing techniques . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) . Experience in video conferencing (Google Meet) and virtual presentations. Ability to create engaging PPT presentations and present effectively. Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam (preferred). Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable speaking over calls. Laptop is mandatory (with a stable internet connection).
