Modicle Studios is one of the fastest-growing 360-degree Marketing Communication Organizations based in Bhandup, Mumbai. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a young, dynamic, and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the Business Development function to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
• Manage current leads and convert them into long-term clients.
• Proactively engage with prospects on LinkedIn using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and nurturing.
• Plan and organize seminars and webinars to attract and engage prospective clients.
• Represent Modicle Studios at networking events, business forums, and client meetings.

Who Can Apply?

• Candidates with 3–5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and events in and around Mumbai.
• Women looking to restart their careers are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with CRM software will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Experience:
• Total Work: 4 years (Preferred)
• B2B Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
• Language: English (Preferred)
• Location: Mumbai, Mumbai Suburban – 400078, Maharashtra (Preferred)
• Willingness to Travel: Up to 75% (Preferred)
