Sales Manager Industrial Sales

Navkar Transcore Pvt. Ltd., an ISO 9001:2015 Certified Company, is one of the leading global suppliers of CRGO & CRNGO materials and transformer laminations, with a production capacity exceeding 30,000 M.T per annum.

We are seeking applications from experienced Sales Professionals who have experienced in in Sales of Industrial Products via B to B Sales only and preferably worked in CRGO, CRNO, and Transformer Industries

Our facility is strategically located in a well-developed industrial area near Ahmedabad, India.

As an export-oriented company we serve transformer manufacturers across multiple countries, including the Netherlands, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, the United States, and more.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Conduct a thorough market mapping and market sizing exercise to determine a 1-3 year business plan.

· Analyse market trends, customers’ needs and competitive offerings and convincing clients.

· Prepare Sales Budget and submit the same to the Directors for approval.

· Assign target to the team members and motivate the team to achieve the same.

· Responsible for Sales lead generation.

· Meet the key decision makers in client organizations.

· Giving customized solutions based on client’s requirements

· Preparing quotation and getting the orders with optimum profits to our company, which are matching the customer requirement.

· Objection Handling and Sales Closure

· Ensure collection of dues from customers as per payment terms.

· Follow up on all outstanding collections, registration and all necessary client servicing functions in coordination with Production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,250,000.00 per year
