Role Overview

Business Development Representative (BDR)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify prospects via multi-channel outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls).
• Engage US-based decision-makers and present JourneyVoice’s value proposition.
• Create innovative outreach strategies tailored to industries like e-commerce & hospitality.
• Manage leads in CRM, schedule demos, and hand off qualified opportunities.
• Research market trends and competitors to refine pitches.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in B2B sales or business development (SaaS/AI preferred).
• Strong communication with a natural US accent.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns & CRM tools.
• Understanding of US business culture and sales etiquette.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing (or equivalent experience).
