This role requires hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud , especially Interaction Studio , along with solid knowledge of Salesforce platform development to create integrated, end-to-end marketing and CRM solutions. As part of our cross-functional delivery team, you’ll work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to design dynamic customer journeys, build scalable automations, and develop customized Salesforce components that support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex customer journeys and real-time interactions in Marketing Cloud using Journey Builder and Interaction Studio . Build and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex , SOQL , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and declarative tools. Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to create data-driven campaigns using AMPscript , SQL , HTML , CSS , and JavaScript . Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and external platforms using APIs , SSJS , and automation tools. Ensure compliance with email best practices , deliverability standards, and CAN-SPAM/GDPR regulations. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and provide post-implementation support. Contribute to technical documentation and promote best practices across teams. Qualifications 2–3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, including hands-on experience with Interaction Studio . Strong background in Salesforce Development (PD1 certification preferred) with experience in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and platform configuration. Proficient in AMPscript , SQL , and scripting languages used in campaign personalization. Experience in platform integration, API development, and data extension management . Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , Marketing , or a related field.
