About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team and connect with US-based prospects. You’ll play a key role in driving B2B lead generation, initiating conversations with potential clients, and qualifying leads for our growing sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects and qualify leads.
• Understand customer needs and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Nurture relationships with potential clients through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation efforts.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools.

Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong US accent
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, or outbound calling (preferred).
• Self-driven, confident, and comfortable working night shifts (US time zone).
• Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
