Business Development Representative (BDR) – Fire & Security Systems Location: Ahmedabad | Experience: 0–2 years | Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Performance Incentives About the Role We are looking for ambitious and energetic Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our growing Fire & Security Systems team. As a BDR, you will play a key role in developing our dealer and integrator network, handling marketing-generated leads, and building strong business opportunities for our Sales Managers to close. Key Responsibilities·         Engage with marketing leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp. Qualify prospects (budget, authority, need, timeline) and update CRM. Nurture prospects with product info, case studies, and follow-ups. Reach out to dealers, system integrators, and consultants to create new partnerships. Schedule intro/discovery meetings for Sales Managers. Maintain a strong pipeline of business opportunities. Share regular feedback with Marketing on lead quality & campaigns. What We’re Looking For Graduate, with 0–2 years’ experience in business development, inside sales, or customer-facing roles. Excellent communication in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus). Familiarity with B2B sales (experience in fire/security/tech products is an advantage). Comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
