Relevant Experience of 2 to 4 years in sales/business development within outsourcing/professional services.


  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geography.
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
  • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and position outsourcing solutions.
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and client insights to improve outreach strategy.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, cold calls).
  • 2 – 4 years of sales/business development within outsourcing/professional services.
  • Previously worked in fast-growing outsourcing companies.
