Your Role : Relationship builder and opportunity miner. We’re looking for someone who thrives on conversations, trusts the power of rapport and knows how to turn connections into commercial opportunities. This is a relationship-first business development role where you build genuine trust with decision makers and help uncover ways Queppelin can support their goals. Key Responsibilities Identify and open new relationships with potential clients across industries through networking and cold/warm outreach. Stay close to the client’s business environment - track organizational changes, challenges and initiatives where Queppelin can add value. Build deep, long-term trust with decision makers and influencers across mid sized and large organizations. Mine opportunities by listening actively and identifying signals for how our tech teams can support. Maintain a healthy pipeline of engaged clients and conversations with long term potential. Attend industry events, forums or roundtables as the face of Queppelin. Who You Are A natural connector who enjoys conversations, understands people and builds trust easily. 6+ years in client facing roles - sales, partnerships, account management, consulting or business development. Excellent listening and interpersonal skills. You ask the right questions and make people feel understood. Curious about technology and willing to learn, even if you’re not a tech expert.
