Job Description PetroBot Technologies is looking for a Business Development professional to drive market growth in the Southern region of India. As a Business Development representative, your main focus will be on identifying and securing new business opportunities in the Oil & Gas and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) sectors. You should have at least 3 years of experience in business development to excel in this role. Key Responsibilities - Conduct thorough market research to pinpoint new business prospects in the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies, including lead generation and targeted prospecting, to meet revenue and growth targets. - Work closely with Sales, Design, and Technical teams to ensure successful project delivery. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact and addressing inquiries promptly. - Prepare and present tender documents, quotations, and competitive bid proposals. - Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure quality and timely delivery. - Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and regulatory updates in the Oil & Gas and NDT sectors. - Track and analyze key performance indicators related to business development and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Business Development, specifically in the Oil & Gas or NDT sectors. - Proficiency in CRM software and basic project management tools. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Strong understanding of business development strategies and B2B sales processes. Preferred Skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Effective client engagement and relationship-building abilities. - Familiarity with industry-specific sales methodologies. - Strategic thinking and proactive approach to market expansion. Additional Information Work Mode: Work from Office Preferred Candidates: Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the Oil & Gas and NDT industries.
