Role Description

This is a flexible remote role for a Business Development Partner at T4 Theatre in Aligarh. The primary responsibilities include identifying and building new business opportunities and partnerships, developing strategies to increase reach and revenue, and managing client relationships. The role also involves project execution, coordination with internal teams, and representing T4 Theatre's mission to stakeholders. • Proven experience in Leadership Development and Training

• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Arts, or a related field is preferred
