Seventh Frame Studios is a growing film and video production company delivering advertising content, brand films, music videos, creative content, and complete production services from pre-production to post-production.

We are currently in an expansion phase and are looking for a motivated Business Development Partner to accelerate business growth.

Role Overview

This is not a traditional job role — it is a collaboration-based business role.

You will work directly with the founder, and your primary responsibility will be bringing clients, building partnerships, and closing deals.

If you have a fast-paced mindset and can deliver results, this opportunity is ideal for you.

Responsibilities

Acquire new clients and business opportunities

Connect with agencies, brands, production houses, and businesses

Generate leads, conduct pitch meetings, and close deals

Understand client requirements and provide tailored proposals

Build networks, maintain communication, and develop long-term client relationships

Compensation

Performance-based earning model (Commission + Revenue Share)

No fixed salary in the initial phase

Earnings depend on successful conversions and closed projects

Opportunity to transition into a retained or leadership role based on consistent results

Ideal Candidate

Based in Uttar Pradesh (Preferred: Prayagraj / Lucknow / Kanpur / Noida / Varanasi)

Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

Self-driven, fast execution mindset, and result-oriented

Experience in media, films, creative agencies, or business development is a strong advantage
