Business Development Partner – Remote (Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune) | Leadership Role.

KheyDigit Global Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking to onboard an experienced Business Development Partner to drive business expansion, market entry, and long-term revenue growth. This is a remote, profit-sharing partnership opportunity for senior professionals who can build new client accounts from scratch and scale enterprise relationships.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Partner, you will play a strategic role in expanding KheyDigit’s footprint by identifying new opportunities, opening new enterprise accounts, and growing them into long-term, high-value partnerships. You will work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies, strengthen GCC and ODC offerings, and accelerate overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business and create client accounts from the ground up

• Drive GCC (Global Capability Center) and ODC (Offshore Development Center) engagements

• Expand KheyDigit’s presence across IT services, digital, low-code, AI, and data-led solutions

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with a focus on scalability and continuity

• Contribute to business expansion strategies and revenue growth plans

• Act as a growth partner with ownership mindset, not a transactional sales role

Who Should Apply

• 10+ years of experience in IT services business development

• Strong experience with GCC and ODC business models

• Proven ability to acquire, grow, and scale enterprise accounts

• Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and comfortable working remotely

• Location: Remote (Hyderabad, Bengaluru,Pune, Chennai or Open for Global locations too)
