Business Development Partners

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and connect with potential high-value clients through networking, referrals, and self-sourced leads.
• Work on leads provided by the agency and convert them into long-term clients.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements and business challenges.
• Pitch and present tailored proposals in collaboration with the agency’s strategy team.
• Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the client servicing team.
• Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers (entrepreneurs, CXOs, marketing heads).
• Provide concise updates on lead progress and conversion status.

Requirements

• 4–5 years or more of proven experience in
