Roles And Responsibilities

We are seeking a meticulous and process-driven professional to join our Operations – Quality team and ensure the quality and authenticity of vendor profiles during the registration and onboarding process. In this role, you will play a critical part in upholding the credibility of our platform by verifying, auditing, and improving vendor listings across the wedding services ecosystem.You’ll collaborate with the vendor management, sales, and customer success teams to ensure each vendor profile meets our internal quality standards, offers a trustworthy customer experience, and aligns with our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify vendor profiles, documents, images, and listings for accuracy, consistency, and quality before approval.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes for vendor onboarding and profile validation.
  • Conduct regular audits of approved vendor listings to ensure continued compliance with platform standards.
  • Identify and flag incomplete, misleading, or low-quality submissions and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the vendor acquisition and support teams to drive quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain detailed records and reports, highlighting areas of concern or improvement.
  • Provide input on refining quality standards and workflows as the platform scales.
  • Assist in training new team members or vendor-facing staff on guidelines and best practices to improve quality.
