Business Development (Operations) Internship in Pune

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

• Operations & Dispatch Management
• Manage daily dispatches of samples and product orders.
• Track and maintain inventory of Rebirth products.
• Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of materials.
• Ensure timely vendor payments and maintain related documentation.
• Track shipped orders until delivery and resolve delays or issues.
• Finance & Tracking
• Maintain trackers for dispatched products, delivery status, and client payments.
• Coordinate with finance for invoice follow-ups and payment updates.
• Business Development & Client Interaction
• Assist with client outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
• Help in lead generation, cold emailing, and timely follow-ups.
• Gather feedback from existing clients and pass insights internally.
• Support in nurturing relationships with existing PadCare clients and introducing them to Rebirth products.
• Events & On-Ground Support
• Assist in attending corporate events, exhibitions, or client meetings as required.
• Support in booth management, sample distribution, and client engagement.
