Role Overview

corporate gifting, retail, and distribution channels


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients for corporate gifting, retail partnerships, and offline distribution.
  • Build and manage relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and resellers.
  • Pitch Ecoright’s product range effectively, highlighting its sustainability and design value.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and offline events to generate leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end B2B sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and servicing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for customizations, logistics, and timely deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development/offline sales, preferably in lifestyle, gifting, or FMCG sectors.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Existing network in corporate gifting/retail is a big plus.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
