As a dynamic and motivated professional at Ecoright, a sustainable lifestyle brand, your role will involve leading business development and offline sales. You will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, particularly in corporate gifting, retail, and distribution channels. Building strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners will be crucial in this role. Your key responsibilities will include: - Identifying and approaching potential clients for corporate gifting, retail partnerships, and offline distribution. - Building and managing relationships with corporate clients, distributors, and resellers. - Effectively pitching Ecoright's product range, emphasizing its sustainability and design value. - Developing and executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets. - Participating in trade shows, exhibitions, and offline events to generate leads. - Managing the end-to-end B2B sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and servicing. - Coordinating with internal teams for customizations, logistics, and timely deliveries. - Maintaining accurate records of sales, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. - 2+ years of experience in business development/offline sales, preferably in lifestyle, gifting, or FMCG sectors. - Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. - Existing network in corporate gifting/retail is a significant advantage. - Willingness to travel for client meetings and events.
