As an IT Sales Executive at Geosys IT Solutions PVT LTD, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies and customer relationship management. Your responsibilities will include: - Deep understanding of business processes and ability to align them with customized software solutions - Building and maintaining relationships with prospects, customers, team members, and industry influencers - Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale - Developing a pipeline of qualified leads through personal initiative, networking, and marketing activities - Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets while staying within budget - Demonstrating exceptional sales skills, relationship building, and closing techniques - Representing the organization in a positive and professional manner - Ensuring all prospects and customers are reference-able Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Maintaining accurate customer data in the internal database and updating leads in the reporting system - Staying informed about products and industry trends - Understanding competitive knowledge to position service offerings effectively - Developing and executing an annual plan to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction - Working both independently and in teams, with a strong focus on teamwork - Flexibility to meet with prospects and clients outside regular work hours when necessary - Willingness to travel locally and occasionally out of station, requiring a valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle Geosys IT Solutions PVT LTD is looking for a candidate with 0-1 years of experience in IT Sales, fluent in English and Malayalam, with superior communication and time management skills.
