We Are Hiring – Business Development Officers

Thomson Multiwood – A market leader in this segment for the last 20 years – is looking for dynamic and result-oriented professionals for immediate appointment across different districts in Kerala.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience in interacting with Architects / Interior Decorators.
• Ability to identify projects and work closely with project management teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and passionate about business growth.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Promote company products and services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
• Handle channel sales and distribution networks.
• Plan and execute sales promotional activities.
• Conduct customer visits / project visits and manage end-customer loyalty programs.
• Oversee credit control and support new dealer / market expansion activities.
