Job Title: Business Development Manager – Education Sector

Job Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with strong experience in education sales and education loan facilitation. The role involves driving student admissions, building partnerships, and supporting students through financing solutions.

This is a target-oriented role with clear growth opportunities for high performers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive student enrollments through counseling, lead conversion, and follow-ups
• Promote academic programs to prospective students and parents
• Handle education loan coordination with banks/NBFCs (documentation, process guidance, closures)
• Build and manage relationships with loan partners, counselors, and channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets
• Conduct school/college visits, seminars, and outreach activities
• Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and loan cases
• Coordinate with academic, marketing, and admissions teams

Required Skills & Experience

• Mandatory: Experience in education sales / academic admissions
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience in education loan processing or facilitation
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to handle students and parents confidently
• Target-driven mindset with problem-solving ability
• Working knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
